Process

For who?

Process is aimed at:

  • quality managers,

  • audit and quality consultants,

  • and more broadly, to any manager who wishes to provide formalized operating processes.

For what?

  • Formalize a Quality Management System.

  • Create maps allowing you to reference one or more Processes or Macro-processes.

  • Build a manual and an interactive website of the processes intended for the actors who will implement the operating processes.

What interests?

  • Create, without technical knowledge, an interactive and complex website, processes.

  • Follow a structured, precise, exhaustive writing guide, facilitating the writing of operating processes.

  • Obtain a downloadable and editable manual without additional work.

  • Capitalize on quality documents by storing the contents in a long-lasting format (XML)

  • Use the representation of a process to create a tool that can be used on a daily basis by the different actors involved

How does it work?

  • The website designed with Process allows each actor to navigate the processes, thanks to a graphical and interactive representation of the processes and to access the corresponding content with a simple click.

  • To create this interactive map, Process offers a graphical editing interface which allows you to define interactive areas in the image and to associate a Macro-process, a Process, an Action (or Decision) of the process, a Work Instruction or a procedure.

  • Each element has a specific writing guide describing precisely the sections to be documented and the resources to associate: text, image, video, audio, downloadable file (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Text or OpenDocument Workbook, etc.) .

The quality management system can then be generated, with a single click, in the form of a website and also in the form of a PDF manual.

Graphical representations of processes (flowcharts) are created in advance, using appropriate software, and imported as resources into Process.
